Earth is an insoluble fiber, meaning it doesn't completely dissolve in water. When it goes through your digestive system, it helps your colon/stomach gather and solidify any stubborn waste matter. This process is why it's critical for anyone experiencing indigestion to increase their fiber intake. Lack of fiber/indigestion is a contributing factor of vitamin deficiencies and weight gain.
How do I use Earth?
During the first week, add one tablespoon to a cup of Drink of Life (or preferred beverage) in the morning and 1 tablespoon in the evening. For every week after, reduce intake to 1 tablespoon a day.
Earth has no taste or smell.

Dosage and Usage:
For human consumption: 2 tablespoons per day for first week and 1 tablespoon first thing in morning with 6-8 ounces of liquid. Can also be used as a facial mask or for body acne/psoriasis and skin conditions.
For animal consumption: less than 50lbs 1 teaspoon stirred in their food daily. More than 50lbs = 1 tablespoon stirred in their food daily.
